John McNaught, Deputy Director of NaCTeM, was an invited speaker and panellist at a workshop organised by JISC, Data and Text Mining Event: Opportunities for Digital Scholarship and Innovation, held at the JISC Meeting Rooms, London, on 21st October 2011. An invited audience of 30 engaged in lively debate around emergent policy and practice issues in education, research, technology and pharmaceutical industries, particularly regarding the positive UK Government response to the Hargreaves review of IP and growth.
