Cafetiere Web application launched

Cafetiere is an easy-to-use application for doing text mining on your own text collection.
The initial public version of Cafetiere allows users to upload plain text files of their own to our server, and to carry out the following types of analysis:
- Information extraction, such as named entity analysis, on the basis of dictionary lookup and rule-based
- Term Extraction, using an embedded implementation of TerMine.
- Sentiment Analysis
