Juvenile xanthogranuloma
(JXG) and cutaneous mastocytosis (CM) are two distinct conditions that have rarely been reported in association. We report a child with CM and disseminated JXG, who showed a significant decrease in serum tryptase levels and regression of JXG lesions over time.
