antibodies and biological false positive for syphilis. The diagnosis of SLE has been made from the clinical signs and the serology. Therefore mitral valvular lesion of this patient was considered to be one of the symptoms of SLE. We reported a rare case in which left heart failure was a initial clinical manifestation of SLE.
