A case is presented, where a 52 year-old woman with a two month history of

was diagnosed with adenoma of the nipple. A total excision of the nipple was performed. Adenoma of the nipple is a rare, but benign condition, which clinically can be confused with
Paget's disease of the nipple
, intraductal papilloma and adenocarcinoma of the breast. Complete excision of the nipple is an adequate treatment of this condition.
