. The radiograph computed tomography showed an osteolytic lesion in the lateral skull base with tumor extension. Pathological biopsy was performed, and the histopathologic diagnosis was LCH. A general review of LCH, including clinical manifestations, diagnosis, treatment, and prgognosis, is presented.
