A 51-year-old man was diagnosed to have non-small cell lung cancer, right middle lobe, with multiple bony metastasis. Systemic chemotherapy with the regimens of cisplatin plus etoposide was administered. A 2 x 2.5 cm firm nodule in the right testis was incidentally found two weeks after the first course of chemotherapy. Transinguinal right radical orchiectomy was performed. Pathologic examination revealed a picture similar to his lung cancer.
