A 46-year-old Caucasian heterosexual male was referred to a dedicated AIN clinic from colorectal multidisciplinary meeting (MDM) with AIN 3 following complete resection of anal squamous cell carcinoma (SCC). On further questioning, he revealed that he also had a lesion on his penis. Histology of the
