A case history is presented of a 29-year-old male diagnosed with tuberculosis, HIV, and Kaposi's sarcoma. Upon admission to the hospital for weight loss and diarrhea accompanied by acute pain in the abdomen, a battery of tests, including a CT scan, laboratory tests, and physical examination were performed. Results of the CT scan showed intestinal dilatation and nodular masses in the small bowel. Surgical evaluation and pathology determined intussusception secondary to Kaposi's sarcoma nodules.
