Malignant lymphomas are one of the most common malignancies occurring in dogs; among them T-cell tumours are less commonly recognized. Recently, many authors have recommended cytology as a sufficient diagnostic method for canine lymphomas, especially if supported by immunocytochemistry or flow cytometry. The aim of the study was to characterize animal-dependent risk factors in canine T-cell lymphomas (TCLs) in Poland, including specific cytological subtypes.
