are common manifestations in patients with multiple myeloma. In this article, we describe an elderly woman with multiple myeloma who had unusual manifestations of cutaneous xanthomatosis,
temporal arteritis
, and retinal vasculitis. The literature of the dermatologic, ocular, and rheumatologic manifestations of multiple myeloma is reviewed, and the clinical significance of vasculitis in multiple myeloma is discussed.
