Two acromegalic patients suffering from severe obstructive

syndrome were treated with the long-acting somatostatin analogue octreotide. Daytime sleepiness and fatigue improved within a few days. Repeat sleep studies performed after octreotide treatment revealed more confluent sleep with a shorter duration of
