Henoch-Schoenlein purpura
occurred in 23rd week of pregnancy. In 32nd week of pregnancy appeared hypertension, anasarca,
oliguria
and acute renal failure. In this case hemodialysis appeared as an effective procedure which saved mother's and child's life.
