Here we described a 38 year old male who presented with fever, anorexia, weight loss and multiple painful nodules, plaques and tumors on his scalp, face, upper trunk and proximal portion of the upper limbs. This case present with cutaneous metastatic adenocarcinoma with atypical presentation and detection of cutaneous metastasis before primary tumor detection.
