Scratch
Disease is caused by the bacteria Bartonella henselae and presents in patients exposed to a scratch/bite from cats. We present a case with a 12-year-old boy with an enlarged inguinal lymph node, initially suspected to be a femoral

by ultrasonography. Histologic examination of an inguinal lymph node showed necrosis and B. henselae infection.
