Single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) in
ZNF208
may be associated with susceptibility to
Hepatitis B
virus (HBV). In the current study, we analyzed the association between
ZNF208
SNPs and risk of HBV in 242 HBV patients and 300 healthy subjects from the Xi'an area of Chinese Han Population. Of the five SNPs examined, rs2188971 (OR: 1.36, 95% CI: 1.04-1.76,
