antibody. Early recognition and immediate treatment of HIT are crucial to reduce the morbidity and mortality rate. Here, we report two patients with acute kidney injury due to anti-glomerular membrane (GBM) glomerulonephritis and granulomatosis with polyangiitis respectively who developed
