If physiologic transportation exceeds a maximum (renal and cardiac insufficiency, high temperature, infusion) and if lymphatics are blocked, edema results in the interstitial and intraalveolare space. 4. Fatal edema is prevented during the first 48 h by applicating proteinase inhibitor drug; Trasylol immediatly after trauma. 5. Edema is significantly diminished applicating Benzopyrone (Venalot), as proven biochemically and electromicroscopically. 6. Taking the findings, it is necessary to considerate a new concept of fluid therapy.
