Olanzapine, a new atypical antipsychotic drug, has been prescribed in the treatment of schizophrenia and psychotic mood disorders for approximately 2.3 million patients worldwide. Considering the increase in olanzapine prescriptions and the increased risk of suicide in this patient population, the number of reported cases of olanzapine overdose may be expected to increase. This report describes the clinical course and serum concentrations in a patient who consumed an olanzapine overdose (800 mg). Profound central nervous system depression and tachycardia without arrhythmia occurred within 2 hours after the ingestion. Additional clinical findings (ie, fever, mutism, agitation,

, akathisia, elevated creatine kinase, and increased leukocyte count) were similar to those of neuroleptic malignant syndrome. After intubation,

Intestinal dysbiosis is now known to be a complication in a myriad of diseases. Fecal microbiota transplantation (FMT), as a microbiota-target therapy, is arguably very effective for curing Clostridium difficile infection and has good outcomes in other intestinal diseases. New insights have raised an interest in FMT for the management of extra-intestinal disorders associated with
gut
microbiota. This review shows that it is an exciting time in the burgeoning science of FMT application in previously unexpected areas, including metabolic diseases, neuropsychiatric disorders, autoimmune diseases, allergic disorders, and tumors. A randomized controlled trial was conducted on FMT in metabolic syndrome by infusing microbiota from lean donors or from self-collected feces, with the resultant findings showing that the lean donor feces group displayed increased insulin sensitivity, along with increased levels of butyrate-producing intestinal microbiota. Case reports of FMT have also shown favorable outcomes in Parkinson's disease, multiple sclerosis, myoclonus
dystonia
, chronic fatigue syndrome, and idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura. FMT is a promising approach in the manipulation of the intestinal microbiota and has potential applications in a variety of extra-intestinal conditions associated with intestinal dysbiosis.

patient with a GCH1 mutation (DYT5). Episomal vectors were used to introduce reprogramming factors (OCT3/4, SOX2,
KLF4
, L-MYC, LIN28, and p53 carboxy-terminal dominant-negative fragment) to the PBMCs. The generated iPSCs expressed pluripotency markers, and were capable of differentiating into derivates of all three germ layers in vitro. The iPSC line also showed a normal karyotype and preserved the GCH1 mutation. This cellular model can provide opportunities to perform pathophysiological studies for aberrant dopamine metabolism-related disorders.

and central D2 receptors and is associated with various movement disorders like- tremor, Parkinsonism, dyskinesias and rarely

. We report 7 cases of levosulpirideinduced

at our institute. Though all patient had at least 50% improvement after discontinuation of levosulpiride, none had complete recovery at mean follow up of 5.5 months. Through this article we want to highlight extrapyramidal side effects of levosulpiride, need of its awareness among physicians.
