Patients do not always have typical anginal chest pain in case of acute coronary syndromes. Many atypical chest pain forms were found associated with acute coronary syndrome, especially in the upper part of the body. Bilateral thigh pain should be kept in mind as a dissimilar projection of anginal chest pain and could be accepted as a predictor of major adverse cardiovascular event in diabetic patients with coronary artery disease.
