may include ophthalmologic and structural brain lesions. In this article, we report a novel case of a patient with a biopsy-proven concurrent papillary carcinoma of the thyroid gland and
adenoma
of the parathyroid gland with
blepharospasm
as an exceptionally unique initial manifestation. This report showed that a diagnostic work-up for causes of
blepharospasm
may include a search for these neoplasm and surgical removal of these masses may offer significant symptomatic control of the focal dystonia.
