Pediatric spinal oligodendrogliomas are rare and aggressive tumors. They do not share the same molecular features of

, and no previous reports have examined the molecular features of pediatric spinal oligodendroglioma. We present the case of a child with a recurrent spinal anaplastic oligodendroglioma.
