Young female patients with gynecologic complaints, including vaginal discharge, commonly seek care in the emergency department. Prepubertal vaginal discharges have various potential etiologies including nonspecific

Entertainment) doll. Although it is well known that a vaginal foreign body can cause a vaginal discharge, the unusual nature of the foreign body in this case and the revealing radiograph made this a case of particular interest.
