Research Fellow in Natural Language Processing

We invite applications for a postdoctoral Research Fellow in Natural Language Processing, available as soon as possible for 36 months. The Fellow will work on the H2020 EPHOR (https://www.ephor-project.eu), part of the European Human Exposome Network (https://www.humanexposome.eu/). You will develop new algorithms for information extraction, using (semi)-supervised and unsupervised techniques, transfer learning, distant supervision, applied in the area of exposome for a healthy working life. Based at the University of Manchester, Department of Computer Science, you will join a consortium of 19 partners in 12 countries and the research environment of the National Centre for Text Mining. You will be part of an exceptional consortium of exposure, health and data scientists and technology partners with the aim to advance occupational health science in a unique way to reduce the burden of disease.
