What is TerMine?
TerMine is a system for terminological management featuring term extraction and acronym recognition. The term extraction employs the C-value method that incorporates linguistic filters and statistics for recognising terms. The acronym recognition is based on the co-occurrence statistics of acronym definitions in the whole of MEDLINE.
